What began as a groundbreaking initiative to create new opportunities for women in camel racing has grown into a global championship platform featuring multiple racing formats for both women and men.

Our Story
Camel One Racing evolved from the internationally recognised C1 Championship, a series that redefined camel racing by introducing structured championships, international participation, professional event presentation, and opportunities for athletes from around the world. Founded by Linda Krockenberger, the vision is clear: creating access to the sport, building new sports formats and celebrating camels.
As the sport expanded, so did the vision.
Camel One Racing was created as the umbrella championship capable of uniting multiple race disciplines, athlete pathways, and international events under a single identity, reflecting a long-term ambition: to establish camel racing as a globally recognised professional sport while preserving the authenticity, respect, and cultural significance that have defined it for centuries.
